Happy Saturday Friends!

I think I always say this!

We’ve been busy at this small house!

Last weekend I met some of my blogging friends in Michigan at The Found Cottage Mercantile. I got to meet and chat with Liz Marie! What a fabulous weekend! I’m sharing posts from my friends Kim from Cottage in the Mitten, Libby from A Life Unfolding, and a new friend, Maria from Pure Happy Home. I’m doing a 30-Day Cleaning & Organizing Challenge as you know and I’m knocking out some things! It’s such a liberating feeling to get things off my to-do list that have been there forever. It stresses me out when things are a mess (even if it’s behind a door or drawer)

I think I’m finally done with the last of my garden harvest. I have some carrots and beets to harvest and a few tomatoes that I will just blanch and then freeze.

I loved these pork chops and I’m not a huge fan of pork. PS The rice was amazing – I ate the leftovers for dinner a few nights later and it was just as good.
