Saturday at This Small House #41

Happy Saturday Friends!

I don’t remember when I had such a busy week! I apologize for not getting my Thursday post out until later in the day and my Monday Podcast is a week late. But I’ve gotten so much accomplished.

I’ve stripped a table and painted another table. My house is full-on Fall!

I love Fall!

So much in the garden is ready for harvest and I’ve canned both tomatoes and pickles and have more on the docket for this weekend!

It was my birthday on Wednesday and I’m not much of a birthday celebrator but we had dinner with neighbors on Thursday (at our house). I went downtown on Friday to have lunch with Emma and one of my dear friends.

Today we are hosting good friends who will be leaving for their Arizona home in the next few weeks so we want to see them before they head southwest!

Things as always have been busy at this Small House!

Tuesday’s Blog Post

If you’ve wanted to preserve that fresh from the garden taste of tomatoes, you’ll want to make sure you read Tuesday’s post.

Thursday’s Blog Post

House plants just don’t last long in my house. I’m good with everything outside but the indoor plants are just not my thing.

After killing multiple topiary plants, I decided on a permanent fix. Check out my blog post for all the details.
