I haven’t done a Christmas Tour in many years on the blog. Since we are having a quiet little Christmas I thought sharing my Christmas decor might be a great way to make the effort worthwhile.

What’s New in this Small House Tour

There have also been some changes since my last little tour back in 2015. You can see that HERE. It’s worth taking a look at the old post. I think my blog has grown by leaps and bounds in content and photo quality since then 🙂

  • We’ve also added a new front porch
  • We’ve painted
  • Moved the TV
  • Changed all the furniture in the Dining Room
  • Bought a new Christmas Tree

I didn’t decorate as much as I usually do this year because we aren’t doing any entertaining. “Handy” is having surgery next week and I had a cold that knocked me out for four weeks at the end of October/beginning of November. You can read all about our quiet little Christmas HERE

Honestly, I think less is more is my new thing! Sometimes the clutter of Christmas can be overwhelming.

I based my whole theme on a blue and green tartan plaid ribbon that I bought on Amazon.

I used blue in my Tablescape with blue dishes and flow blue china. I also tied the napkins with the same plaid ribbon.

Again, our frame TV works so much better for our home. When I’m in the kitchen I can watch so much better with the family during the holidays. Do you want to know about our early Christmas present? When it’s not being used as a TV, it looks like a beautiful picture above our fireplace. Our Frame TV
