Saturday Shopping: Nancy Meyer’s Rain Gear

Every Saturday I share a few favorite finds—pieces I love, use, or would genuinely bring into my own home. From cozy decor to practical everyday tools, these are the things catching my eye this week.

This Week’s Favorite Finds

It’s been raining cats and dogs for days here! I don’t really have appropriate rain gear. That seems crazy for someone who works out in the garden and has chickens. It’s about time I get some proper rain apparel. I certainly don’t need anything nice for yard work, but I do need something to wear when I go out and it’s pouring!

I found the cutest options. Both budget-friendly finds and some higher-priced.

Why I Love These Pieces

  • I own the Jelly Tote, and I definitely have gotten my money’s worth with this bag. I use it as a shopping bag, a diaper bag, and a beach bag when we go out on the boat.
  • The raincoat from Walmart is under $35. With a price like that, I can splurge on the..
  • Rifle Paper umbrella. This one is so cute.

Some Late Summer Ideas

A blue background with hand-drawn elements sets the stage. A heart symbol flanked by two lines adds charm, while the text "Lynn xoxo" in cursive whispers a promise to make food prep easier and more delightful.

Lynn’s Recollections & Reflections

I have a little series that started out as a journal of sorts for my kids to have about my life. It became something more.

It’s a place where I share a very personal look into my life and believe it or not have helped some people get out of unhealthy situations.

It’s a work of fiction as it relates to others as it is my recollections of events. I hope you enjoy!
