Latest At Living Large: There’s No Place Like Home
As fun as it is to get away, it’s also fun to get home. I love sleeping in my own bed and getting back to my usual routine.
Yes, I have a Christmas Tree set-up in my house already. You can read about it in Friday’s post. I had a contract with King of Christmas Trees for this post to be published by the 12th so up it went this past week.
Even though I typically decorate very early, even this is too early for me, so the tree is coming down, and I will put it back up next month. I can’t wait for you all to see how I’m decorating it this year.

This Week’s Events
This week will be my first full week home, so I’m looking forward to getting back on my regular blogging schedule.
We also have lots of work to do, cleaning up the vegetable garden and starting to rake leaves. I’m going to get out my garden journal and make notes for next year.
The roof on our outdoor living room has been leaking and the windows that butt up to it on our house have seal leaks. Consequently, we are embarking on a big fall project of ripping off the roof and also replacing some very large fixed windows on the south side of our home. That project starts this week.
Never a dull moment at this small house!

Behind the scenes
Hi, I’m Lynn
I traded corporate life for cozy living and now share how to make small spaces feel beautifully intentional.
With a love of vintage finds, organized chaos (emphasis on organized), and a handy husband who builds my wild ideas, I’m here to show that living large isn’t about square feet—it’s about heart, style, and good bones.

Our daughter has lost her home and everything in it due to mold. Most people don’t realize how extremely dangerous mold can be…get those leaks fixed quickly!!!
Hi Mary –
Mold is so scary and I think a lot of health problems can be traced back to it!
