Saturday Shopping: Easter Basket Fun

Every Saturday I share a few favorite finds—pieces I love, use, or would genuinely bring into my own home. From cozy decor to practical everyday tools, these are the things catching my eye this week.

A rustic wicker basket with a curved handle holds a white ceramic bird and bluish-grey decorative eggs, creating charming vintage Easter table decor on a dark surface with a white cabinet in the background.

This Week I’m Shopping for Easter Basket Stuff

Our grandbaby will be with us for Easter, and I’m excited to make him an Easter basket. I actually have some vintage Longaberger Easter baskets, so I will use one of those, but I sourced some cute ones if you’re looking for something new.

I also want to get him a few little things that he will like and then have at Grandma & Grandpa’s house. Everything I have found is under $10, so I can get him a few things without breaking the bank.

Other Things We Are Shopping For

Our little grandson will be staying with us for a bit while Mom and Dad finish packing up the house in Dallas and drive two cars home to Illinois. He recently started climbing out of his crib, so we are getting:

Some Cozy Home Inspiration

I’m loving my home this spring. I’ve used soft greens in my Easter/spring decor this year, and it looks so fresh. Here are some posts/videos that might give you some spring inspiration.

Blue decorative line with symmetrical floral elements and a simple house cradled by two hands in the center, evoking a sense of care—perfect for your next Home Post.

If you purchased something from one of my links, thank you very much. You’re able to buy the item at the same price as you would without using my link, and I make a little commission on the sale. It helps to support my work on Living Large in A Small House. I appreciate you very much!

Happy Shopping 💙

A blue background with hand-drawn elements sets the stage. A heart symbol flanked by two lines adds charm, while the text "Lynn xoxo" in cursive whispers a promise to make food prep easier and more delightful.
A peek into my life

Lynn’s Recollections & Reflections

I have a little series that started out as a journal of sorts for my kids to have about my life. It became something more.

It’s a place where I share a very personal look into my life and believe it or not have helped some people get out of unhealthy situations.

It’s a work of fiction as it relates to others as it is my recollections of events. I hope you enjoy!
