Saturday Shopping: Give Your Bedroom a Facelift
Every Saturday I share a few favorite finds—pieces I love, use, or would genuinely bring into my own home. From cozy decor to practical everyday tools, these are the things catching my eye this week.

On my blog Living Large in A Small House, I may sometimes use affiliate links, which means a small commission is earned if you purchase via the link. The price will be the same whether you use the affiliate link or go directly to the vendor’s website using a non-affiliate link. You can find my full Disclosure Policy HERE
Bedroom Refresh
I recently bought a blue and white block print coverlet with matching shams for my bedroom, and I love the fresh feeling it gives the room.
Why I Love These Pieces
- I think the block print is such a fun trend that for a relatively low cost, you can change up the look of your bedroom
- I’m loving the pinks!!! I’m not sure how much “Handy” would like it.
- Gingham is showing up in many spaces in my house. I matched a gingham bedskirt with my block print quilt.
More Inspiration for a Cozy Summer Home
- I’ve been doing a lot of purging. If you want to know where I like to donate my gently used items, you can read my post about good places to donate.
- This weekend I’m making one of my favorite summer pasta dishes.
- I love for my sheets to feel like they have been ironed or come off a clothesline. I have a trick, and it works every time to give me that feeling. “Handy” even loves the way our sheets feel.
If you purchased something from one of my links, thank you very much. You’re able to buy the item at the same price as you would without using my link, and I make a little commission on the sale. It helps to support my work on Living Large in A Small House. I appreciate you very much!
Happy Shopping 💙

A peek into my life
Lynn’s Recollections & Reflections
I have a little series that started out as a journal of sorts for my kids to have about my life. It became something more.
It’s a place where I share a very personal look into my life and believe it or not have helped some people get out of unhealthy situations.
It’s a work of fiction as it relates to others as it is my recollections of events. I hope you enjoy!
