Saturday at This Small House #36

Look at my Garden! It’s wild

Happy Saturday Friends!

I hope you’re having a great weekend! I’m in Atlanta, GA visiting with blogging friends. Meeting new friends and learning lots.

I can’t wait to come back and put everything I’ve learned into better content for all of you. I also can’t wait to get back and start preserving food. I just love how my pantry looks when it’s stocked full of tomatoes, pickels and more. This year I’m trying something new – I can hardly wait to share!

Tuesday’s Blog Post

One of our family favorites is Marinaded Flank Steak. We joke that when ever people come over we always have flank steak, twice baked potatoes and caesar salad. It’s actually kind of true. We also eat this even when no one is coming for dinner. I love it because the prep is easy and you do it the day before so the actual day of this meal seems so easy.

Thursday’s Blog Post

This is the time of year when kids are heading off to college. What I love about this post is that I use almost all of my storage tips and tricks in my own home. I just don’t loft my bed 🙂

Both my girls also lived for one year in a sorority house which is very much like living in a dorm room
