Latest At Living Large: Setting up A Christmas Tree
Yes, you heard me right! Can you believe Christmas is less than 90 days away. Keith and I are in the city helping Annie and Tommy figure out how they are going to make Christmas (and Hanukkah) a great holiday this year. They are starting over, as they didn’t move any holiday decor with them from Texas. This is also going to be a great holiday for Harrison as he will be 3 and really will understand what is going on.

What’s Been Happening This Week
It rained almost every day this week, so I was able to get a lot of work done in my office. I got all my blog posts scheduled for the week, and I was also to finish this newsletter before the weekend (haven’t done that in a long, long time).
This weekend we are spending Saturday and Sunday at Annie and Tommy’s in the city. And yes, we are putting up a Christmas tree and spending some time creating a mood board for what their holiday decor will look like. This holiday season will be so much fun. Both girls are near, and Tommy’s mom can easily fly in, and we can all be together. Handy is considering building an apartment above our boathouse so we can house even more people in this small house.

What I’m Up to Next Week
I did a lot of work last weekend in the gardens, and this weekend coming up I hope will be weather appropriate for me to work some more in the yard.
Would you like to save this?
I also am determined to keep the blogging and YouTube filming on track. Have you watched my latest YouTube video? You might want to join the other 15 thousand people who have!!!

Good News I Want to Share
- A 12-year-old has been collecting diapers for families who need them since she was 7. As of the 9/29/2026 article, she had collected 30,000 diapers this year so far. I love these feel-good stories.
- This is lovely….
- And another feel-good story about a man whose very young teen parents gave him up for adoption. I’m sure he was very shocked when he found out who his biological father was.

A peek into my life
Lynn’s Recollections & Reflections
I have a little series that started out as a journal of sorts for my kids to have about my life. It became something more.
It’s a place where I share a very personal look into my life and believe it or not have helped some people get out of unhealthy situations.
It’s a work of fiction as it relates to others as it is my recollections of events. I hope you enjoy!
