A show-stopper on any table! This is such a simple salad. Just toss together any combination of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. On the side add some fruit dip (equal parts softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff)
2. Dill Pickle Potato Salad
A new twist on an old classic. My recipe has chicken in it or a summer dinner idea but you can leave the chicken out and bring the potato salad to your 4th of July celebration. You can find the recipe HERE.
3. Grandma’s Cucumber Salad
My Grandma’s Cucumber Salad is super simple but you can “spice it up” by adding slivered red onions and/or some red pepper flakes for a “Firecracker” salad that everyone is sure to enjoy. Find the recipe HERE

6. Brussels Sprout and Pomegranate Slaw
The elevated slaw salad is a savory delight with just enough sweetness from the pomegranate arils. You can find the recipe below.
Brussels Sprout, Pomegranate and Parmesan Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound brussel sprouts, shredded
- seeds from 1/2 pomegranate
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup roasted slivered almonds, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix all ingedients together except for the almonds
- serve salad and garnish with almond slices and additional parmesan

If you’re looking for something truly refreshing this recipe that my friend Cindy from Reinvented Delaware makes has the sweet from the pears that balances with the peppery arugula, along with crunch from the pecans. The simple poppy seed dressing rounds out this beautiful salad.
