Salad Packed with Healthy Goodness

Spinach is packed with nutrients, including iron and calcium. Blueberries are a great antioxidant. Peaches are rich in Vitamin A and contain vital minerals such as potassium, fluoride, and iron. Pecans are high in nutrients, heart-healthy, and may improve digestion, lower blood sugar levels, aid in weight loss, promote brain function, and even help prevent cancer.

A vibrant spinach salad featuring fresh leaves, juicy blueberries, crunchy pecans, and sweet peach slices sits invitingly on a plate. A blue and white checkered napkin is partially visible next to the dish.

  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans you can subsitute walnuts, or almonds for the pecans
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • 4 cups Spinach

  • 3 peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup balsamic dressing

Nuts and Prosciutto

  • Preheat oven to 325°
