Herb Dip with Fresh Garden Veggies
For us, summer typically means more entertaining and almost always calls for appetizers.
One of my favorite dips is an easy herb dip that can be served with simply just fresh green beans or you can offer up a variety of veggies. The dip is light and refreshing, perfect for a quick nibble idea.

Notes
Fresh Herb Dip with Veggies
There is nothing better than a lightened-up herb dip filled with onions and fresh herbs from our garden. You can serve it with just some fresh from the garden beans or asparagus.
You can also add a generous supply of other garden-fresh veggies like carrot sticks, snap peas, peppers, and broccoli florets.
Reasons for Creating Appetizers
Summer parties aren’t the only time to create delicious appetizers. I seem to make appetizers for many events:
- Birthday Parties
- Anniversaries
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- Block Parties
- St. Patrick’s Day
- Movie Night
- 4th of July
- Memorial Day
- Super Bowl Sunday
- Showers
- Book Club
- Halloween
- Valentine’s Day
I hope you enjoy this recipe. It’s one of my favorite dips. While I serve it with veggies for a party, it’s amazing with chips or pretzels!
Enjoy,
