Free 2026 Daily Planner: Help Shape the Final Version

I’ve been using a daily planner for as long as I can remember. However, if I’m being honest, I never found the one. Some were too rigid. Some were too busy. And many didn’t leave room for real life: seasons, homes, dinners, gardens, quiet days, and the unexpected.

So over the last few years, I started using a bullet journal that gave me the freedom to make my own boxes, sketch, scribble, and make lists. I’ve been refining this planner to be one that works for how I actually live. The downside was that I had to create my boxes every day and I want something that had that pre-made and I could just fill it in the way I wanted. Once I had a solid base, I didn’t want to have to recreate it every day.

Today, I’m inviting a small group of you to try my 2026 Daily Planner before it officially launches.

This is not a sales page

This is an invitation! 💙

Why I Created This Planner

I wanted a planner that:

  • Has structure but flexibility
  • Feels calm, not cluttered
  • Supports routines without demanding perfection
  • Works for homemaking, creativity, appointments and more
  • Leave space for seasons, not just schedules

If you’ve ever abandoned a planner halfway through the year because it felt like another thing yelling at you…. I made this with you in mind. I actually look forward to filling mine out each day.

What Makes the 2026 Daily Planner Different

This is a daily planner, with enough structure to guide but also some breathing room.

Inside, you’ll find

  • A Yearly Calendar
  • Monthly 2-page Calendar
  • Monthly 2-page work space with some prompts.
  • Weekly 2-page spread

Ideas for Using the Weekly 2-Page Spread

  • There is space at the top of each day to create? I put the daily weather in the top daily box, but you could add your most important thing to do, a daily devotion, a birthday to remember.
  • The larger daily box is for adding tasks, notes, lists, appointments, or use it for a daily drawing. The beauty is — you get to choose!
  • Below the large box is another small space to add what you’re planning for dinner. My one little nudge from me because I know that the day is easier when dinner is already planned.
  • I also make habit boxes for myself at the bottom of each day. One is making my bed, taking my vitamins, exercising.

No fluff. No Overwhelm. Just thoughtful pages that hopefully meet you where you are at.

Why I’m Offering it For Free (For a Very Small Group)

Before I finalize this planner and offer it publicly, I want real feedback from real people who will actually use it.

So here’s what I’m doing:

  • I’m offering the 2026 planner free to a limited number of readers
  • In exchange, I’m simply asking you to:
    • Join my email list
    • Use the planner
    • Share honest feedback about what works and what could be better

That’s it. No catch. No pressure. Just collaboration.

My blog has always been about community, and this feels right to ask my community to help me shape this.

I will occasionally email this group with a few questions and asking for feedback. If I add something new to the planner during the year, I will send it to those in this group for assessment.

A Final Note (From My Heart)

This planner was created at my kitchen table, on my office sofa, in Dallas while Grand baby was napping. I worked on it between seasons of life, always with coffee in hand and real days in mind. Inviting you into this process feels both exciting and a little vulnerable. But also right.

If you’ve ever wanted to help shape something meaningful, I’d love to have you along.

Here’s to planning that supports the life you’re actually living. 💙

A blue background with hand-drawn elements sets the stage. A heart symbol flanked by two lines adds charm, while the text "Lynn xoxo" in cursive whispers a promise to make food prep easier and more delightful.

Is the 2026 planner really free?

Yes, it truly is. I’m offering this planner at no cost to a limited group because I want real-life feedback before releasing it publicly. The only requirement is joining my email list and being willing to share your honest thoughts.

Why are you asking for feedback?

Because planners are deeply personal. I want this one to work beautifully in real homes, real schedules, and real season. Not just look good on paper. Your feedback will help me to shape the final version before it officially launches.

Is this a digital or printed planner?

This is a planner that you will receive via a digital download. It will be up to you to print it out and bind it. There are directions and ideas that come with the download.

What kind of feedback are you looking for?

Nothing complicated or time-consuming. I may ask questions like:
– What pages did you use most?
– What felt helpful?
– Was there unnecessary parts?
– Would you change anything or add anything?
Honest, thoughtful feedback — good or bad — is exactly what I’m hoping for.

Will this planner eventually be sold?

Yes. After incorporating feedback and making refinements, I plan to release the planner publicly. This early group helps ensure the final version truly supports the way we live.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you join my email list, you’ll receive and email with access to the planner and instructions on how to get started. From there you simply use it.
