Saturday Shopping with Me: Cozy Fireplace

With temperatures dipping into the low thirty’s this week, I had our fireplaces professionally cleaned. If you, like me, enjoy a fire in the fireplace all winter long, you must have it professionally cleaned and inspected once a year.

Once the fireplace was all tidy, I realized that our grate was looking really sad and needs to be replaced. We also don’t have fireplace tools inside. We borrow the tools from outside, and it’s just kind of a hassle. I’m going to invest in a nice set of tools to have inside.

We also have a faux fireplace in our bedroom that is in a very dark corner. I’m thinking a fun fire stove heater would add soft light to that corner and create more ambience.

A cozy fireplace with a chair and a festive garland—perfect inspiration for your Saturday Shopping finds.
