The Homebody Gift Guide: All Your Holiday Gift Ideas in One Spot

Welcome to my gifts for homebodies, the one post I hope you come back to each Saturday this holiday season. Every gift idea I share lives right here, sorted by the people on your list, from the gardener who has everything to the friend who hosts every holiday. What is a homebody? Someone who is like me who would rather be at home than just about anywhere else! If you or someone you love feels the same way, you’ve found a friend in me.

Every year I promise myself I will shop early, and every year I end up wandering the aisles on December 23rd wondering whether a pinecone and pineapple candle might be enjoyed by one of the girls at our annual Christmas lunch!! This year I am doing it differently, and I am bringing you along.

On my blog Living Large in a Small House, I sometimes use affiliate links, including links to Etsy and Amazon, which means I earn a small commission if you purchase through the link. The price is the same whether you use the affiliate link or go directly to the vendor’s website. You can find my full Disclosure Policy HERE

How This Gift Guide Will Work

Monday through Friday, I share a brand new gift guide in my LTK shop, and I also post it to my stories if you follow me over on Instagram @livinglargeinasmallhouse. Then every Saturday I’m going to add that week’s guides to this page, so it keeps growing all the way through the beginning of December. I want to have all my shopping done by then. Are you all with me?

You will notice two kinds of links. Each full guide lives on LTK, and the most popular item from each guide that week will have its own personal link directly to that product.

FAQs

What is a good gift for a homebody?

Think about the moments she enjoys most at home, like morning coffee, setting the table, or curling up with a good book, and choose something that makes that moment a little prettier. Quality beats quantity here. One beautiful piece she uses every day means more than a basket of trinkets.

What do you buy a gardener who has everything?

Take it from me, gardeners go through the practical things fast. I would appreciate a new set of gloves or a new pruner every year. A better version of something she already uses is always welcome. In the dead of winter, anything that lets her garden indoors or dream about spring is a gift she’ll love.
