What’s Been Happening at This Small House

We had an 80-degree day this past weekend so we of course did a lot of outdoor work. The vegetable and herb garden both got cleaned up and we picked up a million sticks from a very messy river birch tree. There was some exterior work that “Handy” needed to take care of from the “still in progress” laundry room remodel while I continued my battle with the deer and my immerging perennials.

The temperature is back down in the ’40s and 50s and we had two heavy frosts again. We still have a long way to go before can start putting plants outside but I’m making my lists for my annuals. You can read about it in my latest blog post.
