Entryway & Other Spaces

Our front door used to be in the space that is our dining area. I had “Handy” move it 3′ to the right shortly after I moved into the house. It currently is basically in our kitchen. We made a board and batten wall with hooks and put a larger rug in the space to define it as our small entryway. This really helped with the issue of “where do we hang our coats” when we transformed our coat closet into a pantry.

Laundry Room

Our laundry room got a complete transformation in mid-2022. My goal was to get rid of the front load washer and dryer and hide the furnace, hot water heater, and electrical panel. With careful planning, we accomplished that.
