Brown Sausage with onions and garlic
Add tomato paste
Add crushed tomatoes
add spices. Let simmer for 30 minutes while you prepare filling a cook manicotti noodles
Put cheeses and an egg into a large bowl
Mix well
Stuff Manicotti Shells with cheese mixture
Put half the sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish and top with stuffed manicotti
After you have filled the pan with the stuffed manicotti cover them with the rest of the sauce.
