Saturday Shopping with Me: St. Patrick’s Day

I love a beautiful table for special events. While I don’t decorate my home for St. Patrick’s Day, I do like to set a beautiful table and serve guests corned beef and cabbage on a pretty plate.

A detailed green leaf-shaped plate takes center stage on a white plate, surrounded by lush green leaves. Silverware is elegantly arranged, with glassware and menu cards adding charm—perfect for displaying Saturday shopping finds. A green cloth napkin is neatly folded above the plates.

On my blog Living Large in A Small House, I may sometimes use affiliate links, which means a small commission is earned if you purchase via the link. St. Patrick’s Day

I have Bordallo Pinheiro plates. I call them leaf plates and mine have a little red on them. My plates are about 30 or more years old so they would be considered vintage.

I love to use these plates for salad plates for so many occasions. If you look at my tablescape posts you will find them often. The same brand (altho slightly different coloring) is available at Williams-Sonoma. I personally have my eye on the cabbage tureen.

Peace & Love,

A blue background with hand-drawn elements sets the stage. A heart symbol flanked by two lines adds charm, while the text "Lynn xoxo" in cursive whispers a promise to make food prep easier and more delightful.
A dark blue background with a subtle, wavy abstract line pattern running across the center, reminiscent of the flowing creativity often found when living large in a small house.
About the elderly woman: With long gray hair and glasses, she wears a white knit sweater and hoop earrings, her gentle smile radiates warmth against the plain light gray background.
